No more Nailbiting!!

So...yesterday for the birthday, the greatest hubby ever treated me to a fabulous day :) First, I slept in til about 9, which is rare these days. Then we went and got my driver's license renewed-finnnnnally. This was followed by a delicious lunch at Joy Luck(Soo good. If you haven't been there, you need to go. This is only if you love the BEST quality that Chinese food has to offer.)We then hit up Mid City Salon. You can find there salon here.
This salon is SO cute! I had no idea what to expect. I was overly-welcomed and the girls were adorable and so fabulous. The salon is super cute, they use metal bowls so you won't get toe fungus, and they do such an amazing job! They do monthly passes now as well, so you can get a pedicure every month for $20. Yep, pretty sweet.
This pic above is what I got put on my nails. Yes, SHELLLAC :) This little miracle is hopefully going to cure me of my horrible nail-biting habit! I used to get acrylic nails all the time, which would always break off and end up destroying my nails. This salon does shellac. If you don't know what this is..let me tell you ;) It is just like get a beautiful manicure that you would normally have. *Except* it has the same gel that is used in gel nails in it, so they cure it with a UV dryer. This means it will never chip, peel, or allow me to bite it off. The only way to remove it is to soak it in acetone. Can you say best nail polish ever?! So, this hue "Rosebud" is now being sported on my nails. I even tried on my littlest nail to bit it off and I couldn't! This is a miracle.

This time every year

Every year I am overjoyed, and overwhelmed about this time of year.
Overjoyed.
Birthday. 19th. Excellent day, and usually no school or work. Hopefully sunny.
Second to last semester...EVER! That's right folks, just one more class to take this spring semester and then I'm outta there! Yayyy.

Overwhelmed.
FINALS. Just one to go. And yes, I did happen to give the worst oral presentation of my life today. No big. It's also raining like crazy.

Proud owners of a new car!!!

Yes, people, this is our new car!!! Well new to us, that is. Our very first car!! A 2007 Corolla Sport, with alloy wheels and a spoiler. She is sooo cute! I couldn't be happier :) I named her "SB", which is short for Snowbelle. She is pure white ok?! I have a dreadful habit of naming my favorite possessions. So...now we have Snowbelle and Jezebel, our adorable Corollas. Life is great :)

Wedding and Engagement Sitches

Well here we are folks! This is my very first blog.....EVER. I'm not kidding. I just learned how to do what you are now seeing in the last few hours. Everyone said it was easy!! NOT for me, lol. So much has happened this year! Ike and I were married on Dec. 17th, we live in a cute little house up on the mountain, and I'm about to graduate. Life is great and we are loving our life, and loving being together. Stay tuned for updates!!

This conversation transpires just about every two or so days. PS she still has about 10 more concerts. AHH!

My husband thinks I'm crazy. Perhaps he is right. Then again, anyone that agrees with him must not have been able to see her live. I don't care whether you think you think she is utterly immoral, raunchy, ugly, slutty, untalented, etc. If you have not seen her live, you have no business making these comments, nor insulting one of the greatest entertainers of all time. Seriously.

Jena (little sis) and I went on the 19th. We left the ESA completely overwhelmed. She is fabulous. She is SO amazing and talented. She can sing and dance her tail off for 3 hours and not skip a beat. She is hilarious and puts her whole heart and soul into it. I love GAGA-and if you've seen her live I know you do too.
