20 LB Challenge With My Babe



For those of you that remember my sobby "fat" post from a few months back, I am now 10 lbs heavier than that day. :(

Instead of feeling depressed about it....again...I'm just going to do my absolute very best and that's all I can do about it. 

I challenged Ike last night to a 20 lb challenge. There's no time constraint, it's just for whoever does it FIRST. Once a week we are taking our weight together and logging it. Hopefully not more than two months for me. Hoooooopefully. (Yes, I have 20 lbs to lose. 30 actually, but Ike only has 20 to lose so we have to do that). A year ago today, after baby #2 was three weeks old, I weighed 30 lbs less than I do today. Yep. Truth. 

Here is my game plan: (I really shouldn't share my plan with my competitor, but it's ok!)

1. Buh-bye IUD!! Going to get that sucker removed and try something else 

2. No Dairy (I don't have any at all except for cheese, so basically.... No cheese)

3. No Wheat

4. No Sugar 

5. Increase workouts to 8x per week instead of 5x

Wish me luck!! I really want my $100 cash money :):)
